You’re Not Broken—You’re Being Rebuilt

Have you ever felt like the world kept spinning while you stood still, unsure, uninspired, and uncertain of your next move? I know that feeling all too well.
After my grandmother passed away a few months back, I felt a heaviness I couldn't shake. She wasn’t just my grandmother—she was my anchor. Her love was steady, her wisdom quiet but powerful. Losing her left more than a physical absence; it created a pause in me. A sense of stillness that I hadn’t experienced before. I found myself in a fog—doing all the things I was “supposed” to do, but something inside me had gone quiet. My drive faded. My clarity blurred. And for someone known as The Purpose Pusher, that silence was unfamiliar and, frankly, uncomfortable.
But I’ve learned something valuable through this season: even when you help others find their way, it’s okay to admit when you need help finding your own. Even a coach needs a coach. Even someone who lives on purpose needs a moment to realign.
If You’re in That Fog, You’re Not Alone
Maybe you’re there right now. You’re showing up for work, family, and responsibilities, but inside, you feel off. You crave clarity. You want to make a move, but you don’t know what that looks like or where to start. Here’s the truth: You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just need to take the next step—the one that leads you back to you.
Start Where You Are
You don’t need all the answers right now. You don’t have to make a bold move or reinvent your life overnight. Sometimes, the most powerful shift is simply giving yourself permission to pause and ask better questions.
What matters most to me now?
Where am I feeling called to grow, even if I’m scared?
What have I been ignoring that actually matters deeply?
These aren’t easy questions—but they’re the ones that gently guide us back to ourselves.
If this speaks to you, I see you. I’ve been there. And I believe with my whole heart that you’re not stuck—you’re being prepared for your next breakthrough.
So take a breath. Be kind to yourself. And when you’re ready, take the next step toward whatever “more” means for you.
I'm walking that journey too—one step, one breath, one purpose-filled moment at a time.
